Processing

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Bookmarks stay flat in rigid mailers, notepads are protected from bending, stickers are kept pristine, notebooks get spine support, and washi tape rolls are secured so they don't unroll. Weekends? We're reading or doodling.

Domestic USA (all 50 states)

Free shipping? Spend $35 and we'll cover it—no code needed, we just appreciate your taste.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email. Follow your package's journey—we do too.

If your package goes missing

Standard shipments: allow 10 business days before you worry. Then email us—we'll trace it, replace it, or send a consolation sticker pack (with extra tape).

Address oops

Double-check your address. If you catch a typo within 1 hour of ordering, email us and we'll fix it. After that, it's in the system—but we'll still try our best because we're human.

International?

Not yet—we're focusing on getting our domestic shipping perfect. But we dream of sending bookmarks across the world someday.
